The best machine depends on where the ice comes from.
“Slush machine” hides three different workflows. A compressor machine freezes a liquid in its vessel. An ice-shaving machine starts with cubes. A strong blender crushes ice into a drink you serve immediately. Those differences change ingredient rules, batch timing, texture and cleanup more than a longer feature list does.

Check ingredient limits
Ninja publishes minimum sugar and alcohol rules because the compressor needs a freezable mixture. The ice-based machines are more flexible, but their result dilutes as ice is added.
